Watford store. Door slammed behind me damaging my boots. Literally sliced a strip from back of boots. Very dangerous - could seriously injure someone. Reported it - took days to get a reply. No mention of my damaged boots. Totally disgusted.

I visited the store in Leamington Spa today. As I was drinking my coffee safely distancing from other customers. The sole member of staff without speaking to me or offering any explanation sat a customer in a chair 3ft away from me ignoring my objections re social safety distancing - whilst the customer appeared to have walking difficulties this was no excuse for breaking government legal safety requirements. I immediately got up and left the store feeling very upset.

Very bad customer service, Managers will ultra ego overworking itself, ego as large as a house!. No people skills & not interested in complaints/feedback andif you make the mistake of thinking head office will help you ‘think again!’. I got barred from all Cambridge stores and my photo was put up in the staff roomlike a criminal. My crime was wanting to know why I had been treated this way’, Nero’s staff need proper training because the house is run like a mafia!

Love cafe nero but disappointed every time that they do barely any veggie or vegan options! Not only that - you can only have a breakfast deal if you eat meat!! Not one Vegetarian option in the deal? WOW - living in the stone ages Nero!!

I really love Caffè Nero. Staff are always friendly and usually they remember my regular order. I wish the Mochas were a little more consistent though.. a nice mocha is like a subtly chocolate flavoured cappuccino. Sometimes, and more frequently recently, they're more like a flat and really strong hot chocolate. Maybe a refresher in the Holywood NI store would be a good idea. That is my only gripe though.. the staff there are really great.

I visited our local Nero's coffeeshop in Witney Oxfordshire, and it was absolutely disgusting, seat's filthy didn't want to sit on them, floor filthy. I wouldn't expect this at any time but even more so with Covid around. People were using the entrance to enter and exit although they had sign's stating which way to go but staff not implementing this. The whole place could do with a deep clean. Will not be going back.I would not give it one star only couldn't take it off. If caffenero are interested or concerned I have photo's as evidence

We were in Cafe Nero in Llandudno yesterday eating in. Why only paper cups and paper bags for food? What a waste of resources! Eating a panini out of a paper bag is not enjoyable and we were charged the same as if it was on a plate. I hope you change your policy soon Cafe Nero, we'll be back when you're back to serving food and drinks properly.

I was in cafe Nero this morning and had a coffee and a tray bake and the staff was very helpful and considerate and also very friendly

Went to Caffe Nero in Headington, Oxford for a coffee while waiting for a hospital appointment. Coffee was lovely but pity about the rest. Dirty tables, dirty utilities for sugar etc and disgustingly filthy unisex toilet. Will not step foot in another Caffee Nero ever.

Actually one star is too many. Surely Costa should win an award for Customer Relations. Was asked to wear a mask by the person serving (even though she wasn’t wearing one). I assume that this is what she said because as usual, the accent is so strong that communication is almost impossible. The prices have gone up by around 20% (taking into a account the reduced VAT). Hard sell on the croissants - twice - why not just make it compulsory with a fine if you don’t eat these tasteless, low nutritional products? Why is there always this hard sell? One person serving now to make the queues longer and increase the risk of catching Coronavirus (at odds with the mask edict). In future years, when Caffè Nero is out of business there will be academic studies as to its management style and contempt for its customers. Beyond parody.

Visited cafe Nero at Metro Centre yesterday. Paper cups no problem. Paper bags for sandwiches no problem. Disgusting tables definitely. Looked like they had not been cleaned down for ages. You want the business keep the place clean. Also the bacon sandwich bun could be bounced off the floor. Hard as anything. I know things are difficult in the present circumstances but there is a limit of how things should be done and think staff need to be made aware of disgusting tables and overflowing bins.

The barista at John Lewis, Bluewater was so lovely, quick, chatty and helpful. The shop was clean and well stocked. Thank you for being so nice x
